Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter until soft, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with the cooked onions, garlic, and other meatloaf ingredients.
- Mix the ingredients without overworking the meat.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add the meat mixture, shaping it well.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- While baking, mix all glaze ingredients in a bowl.
- After 40 minutes, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches at least 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing.
