The meatloaf glaze

sugar free ketchup

teaspoons
white vinegar

tablespoons
brown sugar substitute
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients together thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 40 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together all glaze ingredients.
- After 40 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the glaze on top.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
