Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture in a greased 5x9 loaf pan or form into a loaf and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Swerve Brown (if using), mustard, and ketchup to create the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the uncooked meatloaf.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 155° Fahrenheit.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
