Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, egg, ketchup, and mustard, reserving half the ketchup.
- Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, then add the reserved ketchup on top and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
