Ingredients

The meatloaf

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 unit egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup, divided
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

For cooking

  • 1 unit nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, egg, ketchup, and mustard, reserving half the ketchup.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, then add the reserved ketchup on top and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
