Instructions
- Heat a skillet and add butter and onions, cooking until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked onions, and other meatloaf ingredients.
- Mix well without overworking the meat, then shape into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a lined loaf pan or directly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 370°F for 35 minutes.
- While the meatloaf cooks, mix glaze ingredients in a bowl.
- After 35 minutes, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the air fryer for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing.
