Ingredients

The meatloaf

The glaze

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir.
  3. Incorporate ground beef and parmesan, mixing with hands until combined.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  5. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes.
  7. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar for the glaze.
  8. Brush the glaze on the meatloaf and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
