Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, minced onion, beaten egg, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then spread ketchup on top and return it to the oven.
- Continue baking for another 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
