The glaze

Instructions
- Cook quinoa in chicken broth until liquid is absorbed, then fluff and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until soft, then stir in tomato paste and cool.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and set aside.
- Combine ground beef, turkey, cooked quinoa, Worcestershire sauce, salt, red pepper flakes, yogurt, eggs, and cooled veggies in a bowl, mixing gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet and spread half of the glaze on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes, add remaining glaze, and bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
