Ingredients

The chocolate base

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

The filling

  • ΒΌ cup natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini cupcake liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a pot of boiling water, adding coconut oil to thin it out.
  3. Spoon melted chocolate into each muffin liner, spreading a thin layer up the sides, and refrigerate for about 5 minutes to set.
  4. Remove from the fridge and divide the peanut butter equally among the 12 liners, dolloping it in the center.
  5. Top each liner with remaining chocolate to cover and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to fully set the chocolate.
  7. Enjoy your homemade peanut butter cups!
