Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the Vegan Overnight Oats in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add maple syrup to taste.
- Process the frozen banana in a food processor to create banana soft serve.
- Remove half of the banana soft serve and place it in a bowl.
- Add frozen strawberries to the food processor and process to create strawberry soft serve.
- Layer the overnight oats, banana soft serve, and desired toppings in a glass, jar, or bowl.
