Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey (or agave), stevia, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to the mixture, then stir in the beaten eggs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of buckwheat, tapioca flour, coconut flour, quinoa flakes, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Divide the mixture into two greased square baking dishes.
- Bake for 22 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool and serve, or refrigerate for a chilled treat.
