The Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Mix the spices in a bowl and coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and arrange the vegetables around it.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the foil, switch the oven to broil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
