Instructions
- Heat a large dutch oven to medium high heat and add avocado oil and onions, sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds while stirring.
- Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Mix in spices until well combined with the meat.
- Add diced vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth, then cover.
- Keep heat at medium high and let the chili cook for 15 minutes before serving.
