Instructions
- Bloom the yeast by stirring inulin and warm water in a bowl, then add yeast and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, remaining water, and egg. Add the bloomed yeast and pulse until uniform.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth, then add to the food processor and process until a uniform dough forms.
- Scrape the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into 4 sections, roll each into a log, and place them on the baking dish about ½ inch apart.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before serving.
