Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded cheese and cream cheese, and microwave until mostly melted. Whisk until smooth and let cool slightly.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a food processor, add the dry ingredients and two eggs, and pulse until a thick dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough a few times, then divide it into six portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten into a bun shape on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the remaining whisked egg, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and bake for 14-17 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
