Low Carb Hamburger Buns

oat fiber (or protein powder or ¼ c. more almond flour)

Instructions
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Blend melted cheese with the egg in a food processor until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces and shape into balls, flattening slightly.
- Place ice cubes in a metal pan at the bottom of the oven to create steam.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown, then cool before removing.
