Low Carb Hamburger Buns

Instructions
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, then stir and heat for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
- Add the egg to the melted cheese and blend until smooth using a food processor.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces and shape each into a ball, then flatten slightly while maintaining a domed shape.
- Place a metal pan at the bottom of the oven and add ice cubes to create steam.
- Bake the buns for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the buns to cool before removing from the baking sheet.
