Ingredients

  • cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • tablespoons baking powder
  • cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until combined.
  4. Combine the cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and two eggs in a food processor and pulse until well mixed.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball, divide it into 4 large or 8 small pieces, and form each piece into a hot dog bun shape.
  6. Brush the exterior of the buns with the third egg and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Slice the buns down the middle and serve with your favorite hot dogs.
