Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until combined.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and two eggs in a food processor and pulse until well mixed.
- Shape the dough into a ball, divide it into 4 large or 8 small pieces, and form each piece into a hot dog bun shape.
- Brush the exterior of the buns with the third egg and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden.
- Slice the buns down the middle and serve with your favorite hot dogs.
