Instructions
- 1. Combine almond flour, flaxmeal, baking soda, and salt in a food processor.
- 2. Pulse in the apple cider vinegar and eggs.
- 3. Transfer the batter to a paper-lined mini muffin pan, using 1 tablespoon for each muffin.
- 4. Place one piece of hot dog into each muffin cup.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- 6. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
