Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a mini muffin pan with 24 cupcake liners.
- Make the cornbread batter using the specified ingredients.
- Transfer the batter into the lined mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Cut each hot dog into 6 pieces and insert one piece into the center of each mini muffin.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
