Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dry the hot dogs with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese, and microwave until melted.
- Mix the melted cheese with an egg in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Wrap the dough around each hot dog, ensuring to leave some ends exposed.
- Brush the wrapped hot dogs with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
