Low Carb Bagel Dogs or Pretzel Dogs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dry the hot dogs with a paper towel and prepare the egg wash by beating the egg with water.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese, then microwave for 1½ minutes and stir until melted.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and egg to a food processor, blend until smooth.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture, processing until a sticky dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze while the oven preheats.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll each into a snake around each hot dog, leaving some ends exposed.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on the prepared cookie sheet and brush with egg wash, sprinkling with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
