Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a muffin top pan or a baking sheet.
- Mix psyllium husks and warm water in a small bowl and let it gel.
- In a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
- Add the psyllium gel to the mixture and blend again until combined.
- Divide the dough evenly into the muffin top molds or shape into rolls with wet hands.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the buns cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
