Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Whole psyllium husks
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 1 cup Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour
  • tsp Baking soda
  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • 2 cups Egg whites
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Avocado oil
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • to taste Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a muffin top pan or a baking sheet.
  2. Mix psyllium husks and warm water in a small bowl and let it gel.
  3. In a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
  4. Add the psyllium gel to the mixture and blend again until combined.
  5. Divide the dough evenly into the muffin top molds or shape into rolls with wet hands.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the buns cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
