Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Create a cavity in each pear half for the filling and arrange them in a baking dish.
- In a food processor, combine oat flour and coconut sugar, then add coconut oil and vanilla, pulsing until crumbly.
- Mix in oats, walnuts, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
- Fill each pear half with the topping and place them evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 32-35 minutes until the pears are tender.
