Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Scoop out the core from each pear half without removing too much flesh.
- Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, almonds, honey, and melted butter until coated.
- Spoon the oat mixture evenly into the pear halves.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the pears are tender and the topping is golden brown.
