Ingredients

The pears

  • 4 pieces Bartlett pears, halved and seeds removed

The toppings

  • to taste Cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped nuts or grain-free granola
  • to taste Raw honey
  • to taste Coconut butter (optional)
  • to taste Coconut yogurt (optional)
  • to taste Coconut milk ice cream (optional)
  • to taste Salted caramel (optional)
  • to taste Balsamic Vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the pears in half and remove the seeds, carving out a little hole for toppings.
  3. Sprinkle the pear halves with cinnamon.
  4. Add chopped nuts or grain-free granola to each pear half and drizzle with honey.
  5. Place the pears in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven and add any additional optional toppings before serving.
