Cheesy Cinnamon Baked Pears

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a glass baking dish.
- Cut the pear in half and scoop out the core to create a hollow space.
- Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of brown sugar and cinnamon over the pear halves.
- Fill the hollow with half a tablespoon of chopped walnuts and top with the remaining ½ teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Place the pears cut side up in the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- While baking, soften the cheese and split it into two equal portions, shaping them into rounds.
- Once baked, carefully place the cheese rounds on top of the pears and sprinkle with the remaining walnuts and additional cinnamon if desired.
