Ingredients

The pears

  • 2 pieces pears

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

For topping

  • to taste Pumpkin Spice Granola
  • to taste Coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and core them.
  3. Place the pears on a baking sheet and ensure they stand upright.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the pears.
  5. Drizzle the maple syrup over the pears.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
