The Sandwiches

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for about 60 minutes.
- Allow for a natural pressure release for 10-20 minutes.
- Shred the beef with a fork and save the broth in the Instant Pot.
- Broil the sandwich rolls with a slice of Provolone on each side until melted.
- Assemble the sandwiches with the shredded beef and giardiniera.
- Serve with a bowl of broth for dipping.
