Instructions
- Dice the onion and cut the roast into 2-inch cubes.
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and coat the beef cubes with the mixture.
- Sauté the beef cubes in ghee in the Instant Pot until browned on all sides.
- Add the onions and beef broth to the pot, then secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 20 minutes after cooking.
- Prepare the Italian dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove the beef, shred it, and discard the broth.
- Return the shredded beef to the pot, add the Italian dressing, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
