Ninja Creami Vanilla Gelato

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium, whisking constantly until it simmers at 185°F.
- Remove from heat and pour into a Creami pint container, then cover with a lid.
- Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint in the Ninja Creami base.
- Install the creamerizer paddle and lock the lid in place.
- Select the gelato setting and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
