Ninja Creami Vanilla Gelato

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • cup half and half
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium, whisking constantly until it simmers at 185°F.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a Creami pint container, then cover with a lid.
  4. Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint in the Ninja Creami base.
  6. Install the creamerizer paddle and lock the lid in place.
  7. Select the gelato setting and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
