Healthy Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Instructions
- Chop the chicken into small chunks and season with salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheese, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Use one hand for wet ingredients and the other for dry to coat the chicken in egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat.
- Cook the chicken nuggets for several minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve with ketchup or honey mustard, and freeze any leftovers.
