Instructions
- Cut the vanilla bean into small pieces.
- Combine the vanilla bean and sugar in a small food processor and process until smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Run the sugar through a mesh sieve to remove any large pieces that remain.
- Place the sugar in a clean, dry glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Cover the jar and add a label and some ribbon.
