15 Minute Wonton Soup

The broth

The wontons and greens

wontons (chicken, shrimp or vegetarian)

chopped greens (baby spinach, arugula, bok choy, chopped kale)
Garnishes

sesame seeds

chili flakes or sriracha
Instructions
- Sauté the leeks and ginger in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the broth, cover, and bring to a boil.
- Add the wontons and simmer according to package directions until cooked.
- Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with salt and lemon juice.
- Add the greens and cook until wilted.
- Serve in bowls and garnish as desired.
