Instructions
- Blend cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic powder, and basil in a food processor until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into ½-inch balls, making about 12-14 balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for another 20-30 minutes until set.
- Roll the hardened cheese balls in the prepared toppings.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball and serve.
