Instructions
- Break the dried shiitake mushrooms into small pieces and place them in a saucepan.
- Add the dulse, salt, coconut aminos, and water to the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
- Cool the sauce to room temperature and transfer it to an airtight container.
