The Vegan Tartar Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the vegan tartar sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
- In a food processor, pulse the fish stick ingredients until combined, maintaining some flakiness.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and shape into fish sticks, refrigerate to firm up.
- Mix the dry batter ingredients in a bowl, then add the beer and stir to combine.
- Heat oil in a skillet, dip each fish stick in the batter, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the cooked fish sticks with the tartar sauce.
