Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Mix melted butter and cocoa powder, then add sugar and salt.
- Blend in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and flour until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool the brownies completely and lift them from the pan using parchment paper.
- Cut brownies into rounds and frost each with cream cheese frosting.
- Top with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
