Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch round pan.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl in the microwave.
- Stir in the sugar and let the mixture cool before adding the eggs one at a time.
- Whisk in the vanilla, then fold in the flour and salt.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool the brownie for 5 minutes, then loosen it from the pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by beating together the butter and cream cheese, then add the remaining frosting ingredients.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownie and top with fresh fruit and mint if desired.
- Cut into wedges and serve or chill before serving.
