Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Private Selection bittersweet chocolate chunks (62% cacao)
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¾ to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • a pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chunks with light corn syrup in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add a pinch of kosher salt and stir well, then remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream until smooth, adding more cream to achieve desired consistency.
  4. Serve warm over ice cream and refrigerate leftovers for 3-4 weeks.
