Instructions
- Combine cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and 3 oz. of chocolate in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a light boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining 2 oz. chocolate, butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Let the sauce cool to a warm consistency before serving over ice cream.
