Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients in a small pot and cook on medium-high until boiling.
- Reduce heat to low and whisk the mixture, managing the temperature carefully.
- Boil for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
- Add butter and whisk until melted.
- Stir in chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute before whisking until dissolved.
- Add vanilla and brandy, whisking until fully incorporated.
