Instructions
- Whisk together sugar, flour, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
- Add evaporated milk and butter to the mixture.

- Gently boil the mixture for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Whisk once more before serving.
- Store any unused portion in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and reheat in the microwave until warm.
