Ingredients

  • 1–2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 1 can Guinness stout (11.2 oz)
  • to taste chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Place scoops of ice cream in a glass.
  2. Slowly pour the Guinness over the ice cream, allowing time for the foam to subside before adding more.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or spoon on some chocolate sauce.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
