Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin, filling each cup with torn bread.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth, then pour over the bread in each cup.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Top each cup with this mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Serve topped with powdered sugar and syrup.
