The Cinnamon Streusel

brown sugar, packed

cold unsalted butter, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut the bread slices into thirds.
- In a dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dunk the bread sticks into the mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the sticks for 9 minutes.
- While baking, make the cinnamon streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
- After 9 minutes, flip the sticks and sprinkle with streusel.
- Bake for another 9-10 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Serve warm, optionally with syrup.
