Instructions
- 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, then sprinkle salt on top.
- 2. Use an electric hand mixer to whip the mixture until it becomes pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- 3. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
- 4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix just until combined, adding more milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- 5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
- 6. Store the cookie dough in the refrigerator.
