Instructions
- Preheat a 4-inch waffle iron for about 5 minutes.
- Combine all chocolate chaffle ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook until crispy, about 2½ to 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and set aside to crisp up more. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Make the cream cheese frosting according to the instructions.
- Spread frosting onto one chaffle and place the other on top.
