Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 small frozen ripe banana
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 large handful organic spinach
  • ¾ cup dairy-free milk
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Optional protein addition

  • 2 Tbsp plain or vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add more dairy-free milk.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more pumpkin pie spice or sweeteners if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
