Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more dairy-free milk.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more pumpkin pie spice or sweeteners if desired.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
