Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 pieces Frozen Bananas, cut into coins
  • ¾ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Dairy-Free Milk

Garnishes

  • to taste Whipped cream or CocoWhip
  • to taste Cinnamon sticks
  • to taste Orange zest

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two glasses.
  3. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired, serve, and enjoy.
